The City makes the DOMI Obstructions Map, a publicly available map of road obstruction permits approved by the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that displays permits awarded for full, travel lane, parking lane, metered parking, sidewalk and other closures for each street segment included in a closure permit. Users can use a slider feature to display permits approved for recent past and future work planned for the City’s right of way.
The data elements displayed for DOMI Street Closures permits include Streets Affected, Obstruction Hours, Permit Duration, Permit Number, Contractor, Permit Type, Type of Work, Work Description, and Closure Type. The data are updated hourly, as new requests for street closure permits are approved. Data are available for dataset download and via CKAN’s Datastore OData API at the links above.
